As we look toward 2025 and a new year in the life of the parish, one area of change and evolution for All Saints’ Cathedral governance is a proposed merger of the Chapter and Corporation into one entity.
Dean Carroll recently sent a letter to all parishioners (included in your stewardship packet) providing background and rationale for this change. For the past several months, members of the Chapter and trustees of the Cathedral Corporation have been thoughtfully discerning this merger and working to update a set of new bylaws that combine the two entities. The new proposed structure and associated change to the bylaws will be voted on at the annual meeting on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Please review Dean Carroll’s letter regarding this change and attend a Listening Session to learn more and to ask questions.
