Our corps of acolytes has the important job of helping the clergy and lay members of our congregation during the worship services and occasionally at weddings, funerals and other services.
Acolytes are sometimes referred to as "altar boys," "altar girls" or "servers." Our acolytes are both youth and adult. Training is offered on a continual basis, with occasional workshops.
If you would like to learn more about serving as an acolyte, please contact Alec Kopitzke: SheckyB@hotmail.com; (414) 331-8686
Lectors and Intercessors are a group of volunteers who read the Bible lessons and Prayers of the People at each Sunday service. Readers are welcome to volunteer for either the 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. mass. They play an important role in each service, bringing to life the words of Scripture, and offering on behalf of the entire parish the prayers of our hearts. Training is offered for those interested.
If you would like to learn more about serving as a reader and/or intercessor, please contact the Cathedral Office: email@example.com; (414) 271-7719
